Welcome to my page, this dark blue dungeon of me and some of the things I stand for. As I mentioned above, I'm an author and currently have four books published by Bold Strokes Books. Here are the titles, In Too Deep, Deeper, Wild Abandon and Hearts Aflame.
I write romance, intrigue and erotica, as well as a few rambling poems of expression from time to time. Mostly, I write books about women. Women who love women. Their feelings, struggles and most importantly their love and passion. You can read some of my work, on my website at www.ronicablack.com or you can check out and purchase my books or e-books at www.bellabooks.com and www.boldstrokesbooks.com...I believe in living modestly and want for nothing as far as material possessions. How freeing this is. I don't need anyone to "take care of me." Not in a monetary sense. To me, taking care of someone is loving them. It's being there for them, physically and emotionally. It's doing more than saying. It's being faithful, it's telling the truth. It's love. Plain and simple.
I write because it moves me. And I hope it somehow reaches others and moves them as well. I believe women are stronger than they think they are. We are warriors of passion and strength. There should be no shame in the way we love, express or feel.I've been listening to a lot of John Lennon lately. The man was a genius. Life really is all about love. It doesn't matter what others do or say or what they think. If you are honest and being the best person you can be, then everything else will fall into place. If someone isn't being kind to you, let it go and love them. They are human and are only reacting in the way they see fit.Let go and let love."The opposite of war is not peace. It is creation." I got that one from RENT but I'm sure someone else said it first.Other great quotes..."Give them pleasure - the same pleasure they have when they wake up from a nightmare."---Alfred Hitchcock"Being an artist doesn't take much, just everything you got. Which means, of course, that as the process is giving you life, it is also bringing you closer to death. But it's no big deal. They are one and the same and cannot be avoided or denied. So when I totally embrace this process, this life/death, and abandon myself to it, I transcend all this meaningless gibberish and hang out with the gods. It seems to me that that is worth the price of admission."---Hubert Selby Jr.
