I am an Original Minuteman and am proud to have been referred by Benjamin Franklin and then selected by the Greatest Minuteman of all, General George Washington, to serve at his side in the Continental Army Calvary.
I wrote to General Washington, "I came here, where freedom is being defended, to serve it, and to live or die for it".
I fear only God and his Angels and Saints.
I pledged my corporeal life to the Liberty and Freedom promised by the Continental Congress and to General George Washington, whom I saved the life of, from being shot by the British Major of Sharp Shooters, Lieutenant Colonel Patrick Ferguson, on the eve of the Battle of Brandywine, 7 September 1777.
I am honored by my Polish forefather's and brethren's inspiration of Europe's first modern codified constitution, conceived in the liberal spirit of the contemporaneous document in the United States Constitution.
I have given my life in defense of the United States of America and would be honored to be the Seventh person in U.S. History to be Proclaimed an Honorary Citizen of the United States of America posthumously.
