Kyle Nixon here,
That's my real name and you can even look me up in the Seattle phone book. I believe in truth and honesty, and that God is real and sees the intent of my inner man and my actions. I would hope that my actions would always line up with good intentions, but that's not always the case, so I'm a moral hypocrite at times. But mostly I try to be as honest as I can and I look for that quality in others. I'm very empathetic and know that nobody is perfect, so I'm usually accepting of most people. I'm also aware that one's self esteem belongs to the individual. And I know I "own" my self esteem (that's why it's called "self" esteem) and that only I can make daily deposits into my “self†by doing things for others, and as a by-product I'll just be a happier and better person - inside and out. I believe the means creates the end. On the flipside I can and do at times make withdrawals by being self-centered, ego-centric, looking for happiness through external things like self pleasure, acting on instant gratification impulses, buying stuff I don't need or over spending - then getting stressed out. And by looking for happiness through others to fill my wants. It's not too hard to bankrupt your self-esteem and become extremely depressed. I've been there many times and it's total hell. Anyhow, I love pigs, and just caring for and loving a pig is a calming and zen like feeling I get from sharing a relationship with these great animals.
