About Me

AS SEEN ON PHILADELPHIA'S NBC10

EDDIE COCHRAN'S "TWENTY FLIGHT ROCK" ON THE 10! SHOW

The Rivers are dedicated historical preservationists, playing vintage American music that is rarely heard on the radio. It's the music of Elvis Presley, Buddy Holly, Bill Haley, The Everly Brothers, Chuck Berry, Carl Perkins, Eddie Cochran, and other rockabilly or rockabilly-influenced musicians of the years 1952 - 1960. It's the music that changed the world!
In addition to concert appearances at car shows, municipal events, private events, and concert stages, they have produced a tribute show called ROCKABILLY DAYS! and a children's show, SILLY ROCKABILLY (Kids love the music as much as their grandparents do!).
NEW SHOW! ~ "OH, BOY!" debuted at the COLONIAL THEATRE on October 9th, 2009 and is booked at the SELLERSVILLE THEATER on February 27th, 2010. It's a concert celebration of the life and music of BUDDY HOLLY featuring The Rivers' buddy, ED MARRA. Here are Ed and The Rivers performing the "B" side classic, "I'M LOOKIN' FOR SOMEONE TO LOVE"...
