Hailing from Launceston, Tasmania, Todd Hodgetts is in hot pursuit of a career as a professional athlete. At just 19 he has excelled in track events Shot Put and Hammer holding many records statewide and has competed nationally since the age 14. Recently he turned his talents to Weightlifting where he has excelled, holding a National record in Dead Lifting as well as many other amazing achievements. Now teamed up throws with coach Craig Hicks and weightlifting coach Gino Fratangelo (Commonwealth silver medalist) he has his sights set on competing in the 2010 Commonwealth games in India.
