SWEET. I've hit my lowest weight since 2004, and I only got to this weight back when I was doing the Atkins Diet.
current weight - 286.4 lbs.weight lost - 43.6 lbs

Just a quick update on my weight-loss status.
I started Weight Watchers April 7th weighing in at 330 lbs. I am now one day into my fourth week of Weight Watchers and just weighed in this morning...
