BIO OF EXECUTIVE PRODUCER: By day, Eric Nauert manages the public radio station in Savannah, Georgia. By night, he indulges his addictions to writing, music, theatre, slight-of-hand, sound design, art, building stuff, and making movies. He is currently developing a feature-length screenplay titled TRUMPET MY RETURN. In 2006, he joined his brother, Nathaniel Nauert, and friend, Jody Schiesser, to found Perpombellar Productions . A perpombellar is a contraption Eric invented when he was three years old.
BIO OF DIRECTOR: Nathaniel Nauert has immersed himself in film and video since the early 1990's, when he launched his career as a television photojournalist. Since then, he's traveled back and forth across the U.S., covering news and sporting events, as well as writing and producing TV commercials. While shooting for the FOX station in Boston, Massachusetts, he followed a story about a serial killer who targeted prostitutes. This experience inspired his screenplay, THE STREET CLEANER. He moved on to Savannah, Georgia, where he became Chief Photographer for the ABC/FOX affiliate and continued to pursue his true passion, narrative filmmaking. In early 2006 he teamed up with his brother, Eric Nauert, and good friend, Jody Schiesser to create Perpombellar Productions . THE STREET CLEANER is the company's first release.
BIO OF PRODUCER: Jody Schiesser is a photographer of artistic nudes and a virtual landscape architect as well as a stay-at-home Dad. When his two sons let him out of the house, he writes and dabbles in films with Nathaniel Nauert and Eric Nauert, his friends and partners in Perpombellar Productions , a film studio the three formed in 2006. He is the author of the novel BLACK LOVE (which he is adapting for the screen) and the feature screenplay THROWAWAY. Born in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, he now lives in Savannah, Georgia, with his remarkable and understanding wife, Sarah.
