About Me

When the going gets tough, the tough get Dishwasher Umbrellas
Dishwasher Umbrellas is the culmination of a creative collaboration between long-time friends MooT BooXLe and King Midas. Moot is proud of that alliteration he came up with for that last sentence. A whole heaping truckload of way-off-center music of all types has been recorded by the pair over the years, despite their somewhat disparate musical styles. This has all led to the recent full-length recording by Dishwasher Umbrellas, The Saga of Bill Foguerbocke.

My Interests

Sounds Like: Anything and everything, usually at once. 70's progressive rock meets modern ambience, a touch of trip-hop, some blues, some funk, some bluesy funk, some absurdly ridiculous sounds and words, and FUN!..........To put it another way.........Stop-motion animated burlap sacks flushing 1,000 toilets simultaneously, whilst small bombs go off inside a guitar factory, and Brian Eno tests the first inter-continental tape loop at a speed of 10,000 kilometers per second.
