Dr. Searcy (Cure in Progress)

Hey Everybody!!, I’m known to everyone as A.J. and my birth date is 11/17/1986, so I hit the age of 22 a while back. I have a disease called “Cystic Fibrosis”, go to cysticfibrosis.com or cff.org to get the info on (CF). I am Pharmacy Tech certified, and I'm actually so excited to be given the opportunity to work in the medical field as a Pharmacy Tech! See, I've had an Epiphany or God has shown me my Calling. I have always wanted to be a doctor, and feared that CF wouldn’t allow me be one. On the other hand, the last year I have had some life changing things happen to me. Now I believe I can become a doctor and nothing will stop me. I believe with God’s guidance and the support from my family and friends, I can make it into medical school. My ultimate goal is to find a Cure for CF or help find one, if there isn’t a cure already by the time I get my MD. And if there is a Cure for CF when I get my MD, then I would like to work at Children's Hospital in Birmingham Alabama as a hospital Doctor. Children's Hospital has done so much for me that I would be Honored to work for them and return the favor! I'm a Huge music fan also. I give any song 1 chance, but if its bad, I'll probably not listen to it very much. But I am mainly into soft rock! I’m really very kind and easy going. I try to be as friendly as possible. Also, I can get enough comedy and love to laugh, always up for a good laugh. Especially if something makes me laugh so hard, I would cough up krap out of my Lungs!! :) Animals are the best, I really like cats, especially Kittens!! I seen many cats grow up from day one of their lives and its actually been a Awesome experience! My mom is allergic to dogs so that's why my parents didn't have dogs when they raised me. In conclusion, I Will make it into med-school and Make my importance in this world!! Its all a matter of time, but what isn't these days!? Its all about taking one step at a time and even starting small if need be! You have to know Patience!! Well if you want to know anything else about me, just Ask, :).
