POETRY IS ME.........WHO KNEW?Alright, I’m in too deep and I just want to let go
I didn’t expect to move this fast, I honestly didn’t knowThat I was letting go of me and all that I hold dear
That I was signing up for pain because I was living out of fearWho knew that I was trying to get the love I’ve always had
Who knew that there was nothing lacking in me
or could be considered badI, myself, certainly didn’t, I thought I needed to be fixed
I never knew that all I needed was right here in the mixI never knew that I am love and loved for all of time
But now I know that I have love and love is always mine
