About Me

I was born in a small town outside Vancouver and left to Edmonton where I spent 6 years working my little butt off running a pub crawl company and promoting bars, nightclubs and events. I moved back to Vancouver over a year ago to escape the cold winters.
I have my own business, I said no thank you to the corporate world a long time ago. Just started another new business venture called "GIRLS NIGHT EVENTS" I am so blessed to be surrounded by an amazing circle of friends!! My family is fantastic! I am a fan of all things caffienated! I am generally speaking an open book. I love to make the people around me laugh, and feel at ease.
I LIVE hard, PLAY hard, try to play safe, LOVE whole heartedly, SMILE easily, LAUGH as much as possible and live my life with ZERO regrets. I have seen the world for all the best and all the worst it has to offer. I have survived and kept striving when I have been knocked down. Trust me I have made MANY mistakes and I am positive that I will make many more.
10 months ago I was diagnosed with advanced cervical cancer. I had been undergoing chemo and radiation treatments. I just recieved news on April 10 that i am in REMISSION!!!! It has been a great journey and has strengthened my relationships, allowed me to grow as a person and focus on the future. Overcoming challenges is not always easy, but I truly believe that adversity does not build character.... it reveals it! A smart man said to me that; anyone can give up, it's the easiest thing in the world to do. But to hold it together when everyone else would understand if you fell apart, that's true strength..

I am passionate about everything I only really know how to give 100% of myself. I believe in big dreams and huge goals!! I find myself wondering how people can be so negative about life instead of looking for all the things it has to offer.
Muhammud Ali says that "to be a GREAT Champion... you first must believe that you are the best..... if you're not pretend that you are" I dream of impacting people's lives...being a positive role model for the young girls of our future..I will see the world one day one country at a time..:)
If my biggest strength is also my biggest weakness then it is trusting people. After all they say that those who look for reasons to hate miss out on opportunities to love....

spending time with my friends and family, reading, writing, golf (a work in progress) mountain biking, snowboarding, long walks on warm rainy summer nights, venti non-fat vanilla latte's, travelling AH yes and creating an amazing future for myself, so I can do more of all of these things!

It never hurts to meet new friends, or get in touch with old ones:) I generally try to stay away from manipulative, mean spirited people, I don't have time for negativity in my life! I want to meet other ambitious people who are looking for someone to reach out their hand and give them a chance! Some favorites are: Erykah Badu, The Roots, NIN, Rise Against, Lauryn Hill, Dave Matthews Band, Rob Thomas, Nora Jones, Jack Johnson, Ben Harper, Tupelo Honey, Dean martin, Frank Sinatra, Ella Fitzgerald, Billy Holiday, Lifehouse, JayZ, Eminem, The Game, Anything by Chris Cornell (Soundgarden, Audioslave) Keith Urban..the list goes on and on..
