Ronnie Whitehead & the Whitehead Brothers

Beggin' You" & "Out Of Breath

About Me

The Whitehead brothers were born in Phoenix, and in their teens, became part of the burgeoning soul scene pioneered by Dyke & The Blazers (Funky Broadway). By the time they were in their teens, they were already a major force on the scene, and Ronnie, at age 14, recorded the songs "Out Of Breath" and "Beggin' You" on the Brent Record Label out of New York which are now considered soul collectors items. Known for their exuberant stage show and gospel-drenched vocals, the Whitehead Brothers are consummate performers. Still active today and wowing audiences all over, at clubs like the Rhythm Room in Phoenix and select national and international engagements. Bookings for the Whitehead Brothers are handled by Ronnie Whitehead at (602)595-2000 or Gary at (602)931-3789.
