This is how I went from 200 lbs April 3, 2006 to 140lbs and 17 inches lighter. After having my fifth baby. Yes, I said fifth. Two sections on the fourth and fifth baby...18 months apart. I began training 6 weeks after the last baby was born. I have tried different techniques, and then I discovered the 'Kennedy System'. It took my weight training from seeing results in 3 months-to no kidding, seeing faster, better results in 2 weeks. My work outs are more focused. My time in the gym are more effective. What I do differently: RESISTANCE TRAINING. My life has changed. This is my story.
