About Me

In September of 2003, I was diagnosed with Stage IIIB Hodgkins Lymphoma. After nearly a year of treatment, including chemotherapy and radiation, I went into remission, where I've remained ever since. Any About Me section would have to start here, as I'm really a different person than I was before I got sick.

I tell people I'm from Portland, but in actuality I was born in Urbana, IL. I moved around a lot as a child, and have lived in Michigan, Veracruz (Mexico), North Dakota, and Oregon.

In 1994, I drove from Portland to Charlotte, NC, where I lived for a little over a year, before moving to the Washington DC metro-area with my then-fiancee Kathy. We got married on June 2nd in Rumson, NJ.

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

Your mom.

Resolutions pt. 2

Well, it's been a week since New Years Day, so I thought I'd take this opportunity to re-examine my resolutions. I guess there are two schools of thought where resolutions are concerned: (a) make a lo...
