Reyez

In his younger years, Reyez played different styles under different names, mainly in smaller clubs and for fun. Now he plays the genre, he loves the most and grew up with, trance.
Reyez: “ Trance is a state of mind. A universal language. It is great, when you feel the genre in your gut. In my sets, you can be sure an electro or techno record will find its way to my decks. I try to create a wave, where you can stay on for a couple of hours. I remain loyal to vinyl as long as possible. A mixer and 2 or 3 decks is enough. With vinyl, you can feel the music at your fingertips.”

Reyez has played in Spain, Egypt, USA, Namibia and several other countries and therefore created Trance Atlantic Vibes, which is also the name of his show on the internet radio Ddance. There his sets are played between those of Armin, Markus Schultz, Ronski Speed a.o.
Reyez: “ I created the concept for two reasons. The first one is to let people understand, you can send out the trance vibes all over the world. It is a rush to play in several countries and to see all kind of people go wild on your set. The second reason is that I visited places, where I heard some great sets from other dj’s, who are less fortuned and maybe don’t have the right connections. So my objective is to give these people some exposure, during my internet show on www.ddance.fm. In time, Trance Atlantic Vibes can become a small community of dj’s, sending out a great vibe.”
