Graphics AAAI was created 1906 at Central Grocery, on Decatur Street in the French Quarter, New Orleans Louisiana. I am typically made of one muffuletta loaf, split horizontally. The loaf is then covered with a marinated olive salad, then layers of capicola, salami, mortadella, emmantaler, and provolone.
