Lil' Kay is a teen Scottish emcee from Arbroath, Scotland. He has been rapping and producing for a number of years now and is finally accomplishing the recognition he was aiming for. Kay and his group (The Futures Present) are a six man army of lyrics and beats that make the true hip-hop sound of real issues occurring in the world today. The Futures Present were contacted back in November by Channel 4 and were asked to be in Celebrity Big Brother 2008, but sadly the majority of them were too young. When asked how Channel 4 heard of them, TFP learned that Channel 4 had read a newspaper article about them that was picked up by their Big Brother scout team.
On December 1st 07, TFP performed along side N-Dubz in a club in Aberdeen. At this show, Kay had put together a 4 track mix CD entitled "Special Kay" that was recorded at his home.
