Daniel Matthews. Singer/actor from Hull in the Uk. Born in 1983, Started singing and actting at the age of 10. He Joined the Nothern Theatre Company in Hull at the the age of 12 and the Keech School of music in Hull at 14. At Nothern theatre he appeared in and played in many different roles and 14 shows. In 1999 he won the Student of the year Award in the singing department at the Keech school of music. Daniel did two years at Wyke six-form College, doing performing arts, drama and Media Studies. He finished college in 2001 and went to london to take part in a masterclass of Les Miserables. Back in Hull, Daniel has done Three assessment levels in singing and music, Guildhall, LAMDA examinations and drama and theatre festivals and many Talent shows, Including The Hull Daily Mail Talent trail and The Search for a star. Daniel has had four solo tours of clubs, pub, theatres and halls. Has Produced, Directed and Choreographed his own concerts and gigs. In 2006 in Produced and recored his debut album HERE IT IS and Daniel has appeared in two touring Pantomimes JACK & THE BEANSTALK and MOTHER GOOSE with Stage Door Producions in Sheffield. Daniel is currently presenting his own radio show, THE STAGE AND SCREEN SHOW at Seaside radio in Withersea near Hull and planing new concert and gigs for the summer.
