Hi, I'm Al Leeming, I can usually be found loitering round the pubs and bars around Leeds with an acoustic guitar singing songs to empty rooms, well not always. Anyway, Have a listen to my songs here and if you like them i'd love to hear from you, if you want a CD just let me know and i'll get one out to you asap. I play a lot on the local acoustic scene and have been recording lately with my band Random Vendettas who you can hear on the music player here, My First EP with the band is out now called "The Wheel Never Turns That Way" so check that out. As for boring bios, I don't believe in taking myself mega seriously, I'm all about having a laugh and playing my songs to anyone who'll listen.
Hope to see you soon.
Al. Leeds 2008.

"EYES" DEMO - 2006
Songs:Waiting For An Angel, One Sunny Day, Promises, Alcoholic In Love, Feels Like Home (LIVE).
"The cliched sweet folky, beardy-weird acoustic sound is refreshingly absent here, instead we have a voice that seems like he means every word uttered. There's beauty and power in his voice, there is sentiment and meaning, courage and hope. He stirs your emotions, not with flamboyant harmonies or guitar finger picking wank, no, he does this by perveying an honesty so deep it cuts into you. It's the musical equivalent of seeing a deep emotion of a person through their eyes even though that person is not showing any external signs."
"Honestly, after listening to this i would have bought this demo had i not got it free. See him, listen to him, he deserves it, BIG UP!"

"This is quietly a rather good collection of songs, all the components are here, good songwriting, strong vocals, good acoustics...

"This is one fuckin' corker of an EP......
...a concise accomplished. shatteringly powerful piece of work. For what it's worth...a job well done Mr. Leeming."
