I am here for Serious Relationships, Friends and Networking

About Me

I starred/sang in this, directed it, did all visual effects and editing and fully produced the music. I don't like it when people are overly negative and push their extremist views on you... unless these extremist views are necessary for a positive change in society. I don't like it when people are racist unless REVERSE racism is needed a SMALL and safe amount in order for positive change (there's my extremist views pushed on you, haha... don't get mad, but I am all for Obama. Just let it go, people are different and I can still be friends with you despite our differences, I can even get along with people who love Bush and are in the extreme right wing, I do it all the time, haha...). I don't like it when people contribute to killing or hurting animals. I don't like it when people make a habit of breaking the law and risking peoples' lives or hurting people besides themselves... Stay away from me, please... I want to live as long as possible... and if you are this type you should take the steps to change... the easiest way is to surround yourself with or marry or be very close with someone who can influence you and change you for the better. That is what my wife Danica did to me, got all my bad attributes out of my system and maintained 100% of everything good that I still wanted but now its all more attainable because I don't have any confusion like I used to. Here is the promo video for my filmmaking and videography business: I just directed/produced this feature film summer 2007, The Vampires of Zanzibar:I love acting, singing and making music, and I have grown to be primarily a Filmmaker. I am in two bands now, Essential Illness (on top friends) where I sing, and Ripped Pink Pantyhose with Cory Greer on guitar, me on drums and Royce Hobson on lead vocals. Crazy Animal is my first feature film being released some time soon by Troma Entertainment at Troma.com and beyond. It stars me and star of VH1's Surreal Life Ron Jeremy. It is Rated R. So, I make feature films now, starring myself, all made by myself (and the help of other amazing professionals) with songs in them that I sing. I just wrapped shooting my second feature film, The Vampires of Zanzibar, rated a light R. ...and it is becoming hilarious I believe, though will take a real chunk of my life to edit it, which is starting now and I hope continues... Check out the movie and all the friends on the page. They are truly unique and funny and awesome. I also am available for hire to shoot/film/direct your music video or feature film project. You supply the budget, even TINY budget I can do AMAZING things with very little money. WRITE ME ANYTIME TO BRAINSTORM IDEAS: [email protected]. I can film anything from weddings to high end music videos to "no budget" music videos to whatever for you. I have all the equipment and ten years full time filmmaking experience to make movies and the like. Like I said, WRITE ME: [email protected]. Check out my website for more: Johnbirmingham.com.DAVID ARQUETTE and The Vampires of Zanzibar!!!! David told Icelandic actors Andri Kjartan, Hoddi Bjornssen and Bjarni Gautur, "You guys are hilarious!!" David Arquette gave us the okay to send in a rough copy of The Vampires of Zanzibar when it is complete to his production company Coquette Productions. But there are no promises. Please hope to God that the right person picks up this amazing, hilarious movie, a person who can get it to as wide an audience as possible.ALSO, if you know of anyone getting MARRIED, I am available to travel anywhere in the U.S. or anywhere reasonable in the world to make an amazing wedding film for you. It will be me and at least one or more crew members shooting your beautiful film, me doing all post production and delivering the final wrapped DVD with custom art. You get a feature film and short version of your wedding where you are the star. I don't know what more you could ask for. .. .. ..

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

This is Glenn Danzig, singer for The Misfits, Samhain and Danzig. He is the coolest MF ever, and I am planning to meet him as soon as I move back to L.A. and can go down to the San Diego Comic Con, or if he makes a cameo appearance in my new movie The Vampires of Zanzibar, I will really, really push the latter...

Music:

For some reason, I am only really motivated, for the past year or so, by the music of Glenn Danzig, the 69 Eyes and maybe Type O Negative a little and tiny bit Avenged Sevenfold (but they are too egocentric with their patriotism which makes me lose interest, though they are genius).

Movies:

This is a clip of me acting and singing in a scene from the feature film I made Crazy Animal: ..This is me acting in my friend's Public Service Announcement. The hugely famous, basically A-list ED ASNER does the voice over at the end. This one and the original book was one of the key influences in the making of The Vampires of Zanzibar. I also watched every vampire movie that was currently in Blockbuster and Hollywood video, from terrible and cheesey to the good ones like Interview with the Vampire. The Vampires of Zanzibar pays homage to all vampire movies, yet remains distinctly original in its style, humor and the trluy outstanding, original and compelling people involved in it who came from all over the world to meet in Zanzibar Virginia to be a part of this amazing movie.
