About Me

Formed in early 2007, Absence are a four piece band hailing from North Lincolnshire. Drawing influences from bands of punk and pop-punk genres, they have gained experience playing venues throughout the U.K. Unfortunately the band decided to call it a day in early 2009 shortly after recording and releasing their first E.P. After taking the decision to reform, their fresh new sound includes a more mature approach to music, with old material being updated and new material being added to the set list.
The band plan to gig this summer and work on a new E.P, hopefully having some new demos for you to listen to as soon as possible. Check out their live shows and come down and see them!
