Mono Men

About Me

Rising from the ashes of their previous band, the Roofdogs, the Mono Men became leaders among Seattle's fabricated "Grunge" music scene. Blending elements of '60s music, such as the Sonics, along with distortion-heavy guitars and sneering vocals (like many Seattle-area bands of the time), the Mono Men created a unique sound that lasted them from 1987-1998 (most of the time being signed to their own record label, Estrus Records).
