Growing up in the Bronx and Harlem, M*E entered the world on the same streets where hip hop was born. After getting into trouble on the uptown streets, he moved to North Carolina, still a teen. Here, he absorbed hip hop from a new angle, and incorporated this into his ever-expanding lexicon of music. Later, he moved back to NYC, and then LA, where he has collaborated on tracks with Tash, Phil tha Agony, Styles of Beyond, Dakah Hip Hop Orchestra, and many more. M*E appeared on this year's hottest OFFICIAL hip hop compilation, "Sound Chronicles Vol I," which featured all new music from SMIF N WESSUN, SEAN PRICE, CORMEGA, PLANET ASIA, TASH, PHIL THA AGONY, MASTA ACE, SHABAAM SAHDEEQ, STYLES OF BEYOND, IMAM THUG, 4ZONE, and more.
