Elias first started as a drummer at the age of 15.About a year later he started playing the guitar.He played with various Cover, Jam and Experimental bands 'til 1991, when he joined "The Earth"
(a progressive-psychedelic rock band influenced by Pink Floyd and R.H.C.P).
Then he switched to bass for 3 years with"The Earth" & two more Blues Cover Bands until 1994.
At that time Elias became"The Earth's"lead guitarist...
But on a wild twist of fate, not long after the band reassembled, his friend, singer/songwriter of "The Earth"dies from a heart attack at the age of 24 leaving all the rest of"The Earth",numb...
Elias stopped playin' with bands 'til January 1999 when he, his brother Jim (former Drummer of the 'Flowers of Romance' and numerous other Bands) on the drums,Harry(another ex-Flowers of Romance member)on the Bass & Ada on vocals, formed A.D.D.A(Analog-Digital-Digital-Analog)bassically a trip hop band using Greek lyrics.
That didn't really last long as they all began engaging in other projects and the band sorta faded away.
Elias finally had time for his passion... A Guitar workshop! He reads and using various techniques he trains himself and becomes a thorough luthier.He experiments, he creates and he does exquisite woodwork on new and old instruments.
Soon he starts to 'build' his own rehearsal studio from scratch, with the help of his brother and trusted friends,a therapeutic space for Elias and fellow musicians.
"Crazy Motherfucker" is a homemade recording of an Evi H Watson and Elias(Helium)k's song featuring Evi on vocals and Elias on bass and acoustic guitars through a multi fx unit
Elia's current band is the Punk Rock group "Midnight Toys"
