About Me

There are things I have learned as I journey through this thing known as adulthood. Humanity is flawed. This is something we all need to understand. People lie, cheat, and steal and they always will. We are animalistic in this way and probably always will be. You just have to be able to understand this and overcome it. I try to be a good person and friendship is something that is important to me. You don't know me unless you REALLY know me. Thanks to the few that can say they do. I am sure it was difficult to get here. I am a fighter but usually not in the physical sense as I'd like to think I have evolved from my caveman ancestry. We are all sitting in a time that is facing some of the most drastic changes we will ever encounter and much of humanity does nothing. This keeps me up at night. There are so many problems right now. Get over it and overcome it! I have tried to grow in such a way that I can be proud of my accomplishments and not sorry for my mistakes. My Interests

I love to be outside. I love to work with children because they are like play-doh. They are so impressionable they can be made into anything. If we had more people working with them things would be a lot better than they are now. I know from first hand what a difference someone can make. I like trying to be cool on my dirtbike ( I haven't gotten there yet) and snowboarding. I truly love a great debate too!

I'd like to meet:

Someone with passion. The passion that humans express so well is in danger of being extinct. I want to see someone that truly has a purpose and drive. I want to see people who stand up for what they believe!.....A free, authentic, unselfconscious, unrehearsed relationship is no longer possible in America today. Prove me wrong.

Music:

I love any good music...it doesn't matter what kind.

Movies:

American History X is an awesome movie. It is quite an eye opener for all you ignorant folk! I love a movie with a message too..........but the message can't be stupid! ;)

Television:

My favorite show is King of Queens. Kevin James is freaking hilarious. Next to that I would have to say anything reality based. I like seeing all the drama that I don't have. It reminds me of how terrific my life is lately.

Books:

Right now I am reading about computers but I have managed to read a bit of Freedom Writers (thanks babe) and it's pretty good.

Heroes:

My hero is my Uncle Joe. He is a perfect example of everything that I want to be. He was able to rise above his hardships and make something for himself. Not just anything either; he was successful in a job that he loved, he was a wonderful Husband, Father, and Friend to many. He wasn't afraid of hard work and he did just that his entire life. He was able to let things go and move on in any circumstance. He was like a Father to me when no one else was there and I miss him more than anything.I love you Uncle Joey!!!!
