Forever Young, Im gonna be forever young, la la la la, I know we all look forward to our Birthday- but to me its a celebration of life and I dont equate myself to a number. "Bahar" in Turkish, Persian and Hindi means Spring or re-birth, In Sanskrit it means 'Monastery', and the town where Buddha sat under the Bodhi tree(Tree of Life) and downloaded stuff from above! funny that!, In Arabic my name means the "Ocean", in Hebrew it means "Choice" or "On the Mountain", I spent most of my teenage life hating my name and Changed it to Barbara, Im so blessed to have taken back my name and I realise that I am a womyn of many places, a Womyn of the Ocean, The Desert, The Stars. I was born in Turkey(Istanbul)the city of Kings, my 4 grandparents migrated to Turkey from the Ukraine, Romania, Mongolia and Siberia. My Heritage on both sides is Shaman/Tribal, I have Navajo, Chayenne,Sioux and Cherokee Spirit, I am naturally attracted to other indigenous beliefs. Things were tough in the 1800's and Thank God my ancestors had the Gypsy gene and Thank God for the Ottomans for embracing people and giving my grandparents a brand new start.I love life, I truly do, I feel really "connected" with the earth and what is above, I thank God everyday for each breath and for giving me a great Partner, a crazy family and beautiful friends.We live in an amazing world and Universe, there is peace dancing in us, just feel it.I love doing the outdoor "doof" stuff, camping, vision quests and going into other dimensions, I recommend everyone to do a Vision Quest/Shaman Journey. I love good food and good wine- Bacchus, you have a lot to answer for-you naughty naughty boy! We are Spiritual beings on a human journey, I hope I can keep on learning, loving and having fun. I sometimes sit still and look at where I have come, I am understanding and feeling more and looking at how the pieces fit together, I say to myself "What was i thinking before i was thinking", knowledge is the beginning, To stay connected and to never "disconnect". I am truly overcome, Blessed to have stood in the light, and to have felt my light, to feel it shine and burn, sweet surrender is a very humbling experience, to be able to let go and truly love who you are... I feel that we are all consciously creating a new reality, a new earth. Somehow with all this chaos in the world we are coming together,Its great to be alive. Let's rock with our ancestors!!!
