Gone is the old Dissociation... Decayed and withered by former members who had prevented the band from heading in its original direction.
Dissociation had suffered a melee of past members, who blinded the bands eyes with talks of musical compromise and false dedication to the bands progress.
Dissociation is now in 2007 back to what the founding members (Mike & Naffy), had always intended the band to be. Dark, Heavy as Hell and Atmospheric.
Gone is any care of what people think of this band, gone is any care of other bands in the scene. The only thought now is how do we progress, and how do we get better as a band.
Dissociation now benefit from Naffy's crushing bass guitar skills, as well as his low, brutal vocals and his tortured, chilling high screams.
Guitarist Mike has also raised the bar by writing more intense, dark and technical tunes, while retaining brutality and atmosphere.
Dissociation's aim as a band is to progress, get heavier and push the limits of this bands brutality further and further from album to album, and from live gig to live gig.
Dissociation plan to further the success we have previously enjoyed as a live, unsigned brutal extreme metal band. We will continue to better ourselves as musicians, and for all the people out there who appreciate what we do.
We are extremely proud of the interest we have had from metal fans all over the world, and we intend to keep these people fans of the band. Anyone who does not approve of what we do, in our opinion were never supposed to like us anyway. So fuck them.
