About Me

undefined ..: Working on one's myspace is much like planning your own funeral, "How many people will really show up?" So, Here it goes,I grew up in Santa Maria, California, you know, where they put Michael Jackson on trial. I went to 12 different schools before I was in the 8th grade. I am a adult married woman who has seen alot in my life, but still have not seen enough. To the general public, I walk in the "normal" light. By Day, I am a mild mannered Secretary for a Vet Clinic. My private self walks more in the gray or darker side. Depends on whom you talk to and the phase of the moon. I am still a student of life, meaning at heart I still don't know what I want to be when I grow up, but my soul is old. I'm not goth, new age, outsider, punk, witch or wicca. I'm just happen to be a woman who enjoys the few things this life has to offer, music, movies, art, books, objects, things from the darker side of life as well as the "normal" side of life. But I still love the true beauty of everything in nature. I do not fit into any one cliche, group or sterotype. As a good friend said to me, you have a box of crayons, what color are you? Very good question....Her reply, I'm the one left in the box, in the sun that has melted onto several other crayons, you become part of all the colors. I loved that! Not all of us can be just one color. But if I had to guess, I'd say, Gray. I'm a little boho mixed with a wee bit white trash and I don't really give a f**k. That comes with age, thank you. My dislikes are; phonies, fakes, Yuppies, bad manners, Wells Fargo Mortage, stock brokers, sales people, phone sales, the general media, soap operas, over price crap, the way people treat one another, TV ads, the fact that it's all about the money and looking FAKE. Come on people...Wake up, stand up for what you truly believe in....Sorry, didn't mean to go off... dislike that too, preaching. I have been married twice. The first one is not worth going over. The second husband (much more interesting than myself) will be known as, Homer, here. He is darker than I, He's my oldest big kid in this house. He drives me nuts with all the computer stuff, he builds & repairs as a hobbie, and the video games....We have 4 computers, Xbox, the cube, PSP, PS3, Nintendo DS, and closets full of all the old consoles since the beginning of time, plus all the games. But, I'll keep this one because he makes me Laugh! And he is just about the best friend I have been blessed with, he let's me be as dark or light as I want. He rarely steps into the light, he says that it burns. We have been together almost 15 years, we have 3 (so called) grown kids between us and four beautiful wacky grandkids (one that is a little darkling, so proud of her) that keep me in the light and real. We have a dog, he's a pinkyknees, Jet Li, two cats, Tar and Ash, (aka: Ash hole, smartash, Bad Ash)and two Tiels, Butters and Verbal. Love my birds! Butters is about a year old and still doesn't talk, and is my sweet baby boy, Verbal was a rescue and he is about 4 or 5 years old. He talks (pretty bird, pretty Verbal, Mamas pretty bird, come here, what's goin on? how ya doin?, what?! whatya doing?)and whistles (wolf whistle, parts of twisted mind, Mozart, the Andy Griffth show all run together), and he is an ashhole. He Bites! He also likes to masturbate on my left foot, LOL, so I have to keep my feet covered. If I walk around barefoot, he will fly down to the floor and follow my feet, talking sweet talk and making kissing noises. He too makes me laugh. Our house is in many phases of remodel since it became ours (14 years ago), it is an on going joke with family, neighbors and friends, and it may take another 14 years to finish. Then we'll have to start all over. I love ink, and plan to continue adding more to my aging body, Homer says that when I die, he's going to have my tatoos removed from my body and have them displayed. I'd like to look like my profile picture by Bram, one of my favorite artist, but I live in the real world.

Heroes:

My sister Julie for her brave fight with Cancer. And my parents, Dave and Carol, for being there for every pain she ever felt to her last words and dying breathe. Thank you, for being the bravest people I know. Love you! This is why I search so hard for the after life. Then Elizabeth the I (for her love of her country and all she gave up to run it)and Mother Teresa (for her love of people, her belief's and all she gave including her life to help others in need).
