Music keeps my sanity and has helped me through the toughest of times. I enjoy writing music and I play bass in an all female alternative/rock/metal band, Saved by Ruin, check us out!
I enjoy teaching and have been a TA at Naropa University for several semesters in the ecopsychology and transpersonal psychology master's program. I am grateful for all of my students and teachers.

I like to write and am writing a book now about my experience with the supernatural...I believe in "ghosts."
I love nature and have a strong interest in topics such as peak oil, conservation, pollution, voluntary simplicity.
I dream a lot and think they have a lot to tell and teach me, if I'd only take the time to listen...
My childen are Merlin (cat), Chief (Golden Retriever), Hermione (new little kitty) and Kiara and Jezabel (sugar gliders) - Jezabel RIP, I know your soul is in your sister now...grabbin' those monkeys with your tail!

One of my favorite songwriters (Jack Johnson) covering a Greg Brown song (my family's music - awesome!)

Greg Brown playing "Spring Wind." This is the music like my great grandfather used to play for us, it lives in my heart forever and brings so many great memories. Grand pappy Brown who showed us what music and songwriting was all about (RIP - your music lives in us all and I'm grateful that Greg has been able to share his music that has come from the roots of our ancestors) :)
