I am a loud ass, fun lovin' Filipina mutt from San Francisco married to my wonderful Mexican man, the bestest husband in the world, Luis. After 12 years together, we have a daughter, Mauriana, that has only changed our lives for the better. He still makes me smile everyday and we still have so much to tell one another even after all this time, so I think we are just meant to be together! We love spending time with our two crazy LARGE families, our friends and can't forget our lil doggie Kahlua. I have a huge family and lots of love in my life. I would do anything for the people that I love! Luis and I love our hometown, San Francisco, both of us born and raised is this great city!! We try to enjoy every aspect of it, from the excellent food, to the beautiful scenery, even the FOG! We have so much fun together and with the people we call family, and that's a lot of people!! I work in Biotech doing cancer research and I enjoy it. I try to surround myself with love and laughter. I love to have fun and make people laugh! You can never laugh too much! I can also talk up a storm!!! Ask anyone who knows me, hee hee :o)Oh and my sign says so much about ME...

My Interests

I like just having fun!!! Laughing my ass off and enjoyong life itself! I love hangin' with my wonderful family and my awesome huband, Luis. Thirteen Years and Still Going Strong!!! (Gosh that's almost half my life!)
My new baby Mauriana is the best and she makes my days worth going thru! The people in my life make it full of love and joy! Other than that, I like shopping of course, being lazy and watching T.V., dressing my lil' doggie Kahlua, eating of course, and having a party with lots of fun drinks and Jello shots!!! Eating and enjoying an excellent meal would have to be one of my favorite things to do. My family has so much fun, ask anyone who knows us and we always accept stragglers. Mine and Luis' family together makes our lives full of people (crazy people) and we wouldn't have it any other way. We may not always have time to ourselves, but we do not lack love or excitement, that's for sure!..

I'd like to meet:

I used to say I wanted to meet my children and now that I have it's the most amazing thing to be a parent, I look at her everyday and still am amazed that she's mine! I would love to see my great grandpa Joe and Dad once again just to say hello!
As for my favorite men to meet, I would have to say Jake Gyllenhal and Terrance Howard, ooh he is fine, Shemar Moore, James McAvoy, Taye Diggs, Gale Harold (hotty even though he played a very convincing gay man on Queer as Folk), Rocco Dispirito could cook me a meal or two, and oh yes and I'd love to meet Wentworth Miller and can't forget McSteamy --Eric Dane!!!

What is a hero?
"Children need to see that they can achieve just like real heroes - they can make mistakes, learn from them, keep striving, and eventually succeed. I CAN is a powerful message that REAL heroes can teach." - Dr. Dennis Denenberg
My heroes are My Mommy of course for raising me as a single mom and doing such a wonderful job and she still helps me with everything!! My wonderful hubby Luis and my best friend Nicole for growing up in situations where they could be totally different people with poor outlooks on life, but instead became two beautiful people. Luis is the sweetest, humblest, most generous person I know. He is a caring, loving, thoughtful husband that puts everyone else before himself. I am so proud of him. He's a wonderful husband and father.
As for public figures, I would also have to say Alice Paul for women's suffrage, as one of the leading figures responsible for the passage of the 19th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution (she kicked ass) and Margaret Sanger as the leading advocate for women's birth control. She set up the first birth control clinic in the United States and believed women should be able to protect themselves from having babies if they didn't want to!!
Charles Darwin is a hero to me for making Evolution a reality in the minds of people by providing scientific evidence that all species of life have evolved over time from one or a few common ancestors through the process of natural selection. The fact that evolution occurs became accepted by the scientific community and the general public in his lifetime!
Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. as The Voice of Equality for all people and races, not just blacks. His eloquent speeches can still be heard and felt today.
