I suffer from acute Coulrophobia. That's nothing too serious - it's fear of Clowns! Luckily they don't wander the streets in packs like they used to.
More serious than my Coulrophobia is my S.A.D. (Seasonal Affective Disorder). It's unavoidable given our weather in Britain and effects me during the months we don't get much sunlight - i.e. NOW.
One of the symptoms is I avoid social contact. If I have been sending messages less or generally being 'here' I apologise. Normal service will resume in the Spring (if the clowns don't get me first!)

I recently had a new addition to my life in the shape of a dog we call J.D.(Just Dog!) He's a lovely thing, very loving and loyal. I haven't had a dog for about 25 years so it was weird at first but he has quickly became a part of my life that i couldn't part with.
He's *mostly* well behaved, apart from the time we came back to the gas hob lit and the kitchen at 100 degrees. He loves going out in the car and in the sea at the beach.
