Still Waters Run Deep

About Me

Kevin. 25 years-old. I am usually hanging out with my friends. I was married for two years, I know, too young! I am very close to my friends, and would do anything I could to help and/or protect them. I do also enjoy meeting new people, and this has given me a lot of the friends that I have now. I have recently started going to college again. Working 60 & 70 hours a week just to get a good paycheck got really old. You can usually find me in a bar around the pool tables at night and on the weekends.

My Interests

Hanging out with my friends, shooting pool, computers, music, drinking beer and my good friend Jack Daniels.

I'd like to meet:

Anybody. Well, anybody who is REAL. I cannot stand hypocrits or people who are fake. One thing that I have learned from my friends is to be real and act like yourself. If people don't like the real you, f*$% them! Your real friends will come through in the end, and love you for who you are.

Music:

I like all music, but I guess if you looked in the front of my CD case you would find mostly classic rock. My dad played it pretty much all the time when I was growing up. I hated it when I was younger, but I guess it grew on me. You can find pretty much anything in my cd case.

Movies:

Lord of the Rings: Best Movie Ever, Blow, Fear and Loathing, The Wall, Interview with the Vampire & Queen of the Damned: Love Anne Rice, The Crow, Almost Famous, Matrix, American History X, Full Metal Jacket

Television:

Hate it! I used to have cable, and I had every channel available. After flipping through hundreds of channels and still not being able to find something I wanted to watch, I canceled my cable. I have been saving about $100.00 a month ever since, and I'm not missing a thing. Put on some music and get some things done around the house instead. I get so much more done now that I don't have TV, and if I really want to sit down and watch something, I just put in a movie.

Books:

Lord of the Rings, Anything by Anne Rice, and Stephen King.

Heroes:

Dad, Mom, and any single parent working hard to supporting their kids.
