Demencia was formed in 1997 in Quito - Ecuador, it is a group that basically plays metal in a style thrash speed metal giving the public a setting in scene that offers aggressiveness, force and speed. Demencia in the year 1999 record their promotional demo with 5 tracks which is distributed in specialized means, in the year 2001 the CD is recorded with 8 tracks and in the 2005 the demo is recorded "Here come..s the pain" with 2 new songs, in the 2006 the demo is recorded "Hungry for Violence" with 4 current songs. The 2007 will be published the official CD of the band with all their songs demonstrating their musical evolution. Demencia had shared scenario with international bands as they are: Sodom ( Alemania ) ; Deicide ( USA); Korzus, Torture Squad (Brazil); Pandemia (Czech Republic); Trapped in the Morgue, Skull (Colombia); Mario Ian ( Argentina). Standing out like one of the bands of thrash speed more excellent metal of Ecuador.
