I was born in Whitesburg, Kentucky in 1845. I fought for the Confederacy in the War Between the States. After the war I had to leave Kentucky due to some unpleasantness, and a lynch mob...In Cincinnati I found work as a circus attraction. In my day I was a rock star, famous as anyone could be. I met queens and Presidents, toured the world and found the woman of my dreams right there under the big top! But, my life wasn't all wonderful. In fact, it was quite sad and tragic.
