About Me

Bass player with 4fifteen. I play mainly Overwater Basses (thank-you Chris and the boys), my collection includes a 6-string fretted, 6-string fretless and 4-string fretless all Progress series. I also have a Spector BOB4 4-string fretted as well as a cheapo Mazetti 8-string fretted. In the miscellaneous bin there is a Levinson Blade RH4 and a Chapman Stick. I have also been known to play a set of Roland RK5 Midi pedals when the need arises. Currently I am mostly using the 6 and 8-String fretted for gigs but I'm sure this will change when Richard decides to change the band's sound again ;) Actually if you're reading this Richard I quite fancy playing fretless again for a bit.

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

hmm, Who would I most like to meet? How about Alan Thompson, Jaco Pastorious (unlikely now I feel), James Jamerson (also unlikely) and Pino Palladino I guess. These guys were my main influences when I first started playing bass and I'd love to have a beer and a chat with them now.
