Being Berber and its story is somewhat complicated in that its beginning in November 2008, has seen itself break up and rebuild itself several times in the last months between his stay in California and now in Madrid but the canvas has always been the same: to create melodies and rhythms that can lead each listener on an individual/communitarian pilgrimage, to discover a little more of himself and those who walk beside him. Having played drums in other bands over the years being mostly of jazz orientation, Being Berber's creator Chris had found it time to move on to another chapter, to create his own melodic journey, to using the piano and voice as new mediums of sojourning. My dear friends, welcome and we hope our journey will help yours. Buckle up and lets see where this conversation leads.
