Hi everyone out there, my name's Julie... Welcome! About me? Well, I was born here in Sydney, and my background is a bit of this and a bit of that.. Japanese, Lebanese and Australian... quite a unique cocktail right? I pass for almost any nationality when I go out... can be a lot of fun at times!!
Hmmm, as for my personality, I guess I'm the type to always end up having d & m's with others, and enjoy good company around me. I have a beautiful surround of good friends in my life, from all walks of life that make me appreciate life so much more.
I love experiencing culture and food from all over the world and am always keen to learn more about what I don't know or haven't yet discovered in life... It's all very interesting stuff and you just never know when it may come in handy next time in conversation! My dream is to travel the world... and have the "car" (oops) I meant the "man" of my dreams someday... (Yes, cars hold a special place in my heart too, especially really powerful ones)... haha...
Very feminine, friendly, soft and caring but with a wild sometimes unpredictable tomboy-ish streak is how I would best describe myself... My friends know me... they can tell you... although they may hesitate to agree on some of those things unless I pinch them really hard while you're not looking!
I really love animals too and envy Michael Jackson's backyard... he has a zoo's worth of pets! Whenever I encounter an injured animal on the streets I'll always be there to take it home and nurse it back to health... I've been doing that eversince primary school... My mum dreaded the thought of me coming home with homeless hungry kittens and sick and injured pigeons and Indian Miner birds every month but I just couldn't walk past one as if I didn't care... All animals are precious to me... They are beautiful... Insects are on the list too, don't kill them unless you really really have to!
Looking forward to the future, who know's what's around the corner... Key is to remain optimistic while appreciating what we have in our lives today.
