A short history of the club
Having been open since New Years Eve 1978 the club has built on its reputation ever since it's first days as a jazz club. Always on the fourfront of the music scene the venue has played host to many famous names before and after they made it big. With so many bands coming through the venue each year it is always worth keeping an eye on the listings to make sure you don't miss out on the oppurtunity of seeing the next big thing in the intimate enviroment of Moles.
Some of the past bands:
Franz Ferdinand / The Killers / The Smiths / Blur / Oasis / The Fratellis / Radiohead / Editors / Paulo nutini / Forward Russia / Klaxons / Suede / The Futureheads / Massive Attack / Subways / Asian Dub foundation / Tears For Fears / Snow Patrol / PJ Harvey / Errol Alkan / Lottie / The Pharcyde / Pulp / Spiritualized / British Sea Power / Neil Finn (2006 in the Porter) / Cure / Damien Rice (Porter) / David Grey / Supergrass / The Eurythmics / The Coral (2005 in the Porter) / King Crimson / Primal Scream...etc.. .. .. ..
