About Me

BELOW I HAVE PLACED A SLIDESHOW TO HONOR OUR BELOVED MOTHERS, SISTERS AND DAUGHTERS OF ALL THE MANY NDN TRIBES. WADO
.. Osiyo, I am Gu ti ha, Tlv da tsi (Snowing Panther) of the Panther Clan of the Chickamauga Cerokee Tribe of Alabama. You can check out our page at http://www.rowevideoproductions.com/cca2000/ I have traveled this nation and lived in many cities. But my Ancestors called me home to Alabama. My main goal in life is to do for my tribe whatever i can. I/we need every friend possible to help reach our goal of bringing the Chickamauga Tsalagi out of obscurity and back to it's rightful place among all the tribal nations of this beleaguered, mixed up, messed up, polluted nation in which we are all trying to survive on our journey to meet EmeeChee and be with our ancestors. The Creator has honored me with this difficult task which I hold near and dear to my heart. I am honored to be serving my 3rd term as unanimously being elected to council. I am also honored to hold the positions of Co-Chairman of the Board of Directors and Vice President of the Chickamauga Cherokee Tribe of Alabama 501c3 Corporation. They are a wonderful family to me. Not just tribal but many with direct blood connections. I will do my best to never let them down. I am a firm beiever that what I do reflects on the next 7 generations. My second goal is to eventually find someone to share lifes many blessings with. When the Creator thinks I am ready it will be. I am Tsalagi, Choctaw, Powhatan and a little white. My wife of 35yrs was called home by the Great Creator on 19 July 2006. She was a fine woman and wonderful mate of Navajo, Apache and Spanish descent. I have two grown children and one grandson. I am retired but still working for the tribe and doing native crafts; Beadloom work, Jewelry, hat bands, natural walking sticks and staffs plus a few other odds and ends of a more technical nature (electrical and mechanical technician/troubleshooter of mostly commercial/industrial equipment). I have also been doing genealogical and historical research for over 17 years. I borrow some of these words from a previous author: I pray every day for his strength, not to best anyone but to fight my worst enemy, 'myself'. Wado
