Im a Christian, wife, mom and a nurse; all of which I put my whole heart and soul into! I love sunny southern California and all the goodies that come with that in summer! I was actually raised in Juneau Alaska until my senior year..ugg..but do have some great stories. I’ve been married for almost 15 years to Don; my best friend, soul mate, my balance, made perfect for me by the Lord and I’m thankful every day. I’ve been blessed with 4 sons, ages 13-22; and we are raising my 16 yr old nephew as well. I often reflect on this past 2 years of trials and sufferings in my family, and can see the Lord has blessed us abundantly as well, and so much growth with new strength! I’m a nurse, a passion Ive had all my life, I know I’m assisting patients with healing and comforting physically, emotionally, and spiritually. I have been home, off work for the last 2 years; ordered to slow down, to take care of myself, my type A personality always on the go such a bad patient…and hopefully will return soon to the job I love. We have been able start traveling a little this past few years, taken 2 cruises love them and hope to do more of it now that our family is growing up…my oldest moved out a few years ago already! Childhood is precious, a responsibly the Lord entrusts us with, and I have never taken that lightly, must remember it is fleeting and never predictable. Especially the teen years! One cherished memory is as a soccer mom for many years..loved, watching my boys skill glide across the field. Don and I devoted many hours, weekends lovingly for their sport! Ethan is our musician, supported him in that developing talent rather than sports. I cherish and love my friends as blessings, once in my heart your in..LOL; forgiveness is always a priority as life changes people and circumstances in an instant, growth comes in many coverings; I try to live fully and laugh often, and always look to God first! I came to myspace for my son Nick, to find him, love him and bring him home last year..and now I stay for the friendships Ive made along the way, and include ones already in my heart! My first 5 "friends" are my awesome boys, who helped set this all up too..LOL..
