I Produce Crazy Beats And Right Now Networking With Major/Minor Recording Artist. I have over 4,000 Beats and Counting! I have been producing for 18 years. Music started at an early age for me. I was 7 years old when I learn how to play my first instrument. The first instrument I learned to play was the "Lead Guitar". My step mother taught me how to play the guitar by sound. She couldn't play the guitar one bit, but could hear what key or note that I had to play. Once I accomplish playing the first song she taught me, she would make me play the song at everybody church. Unfortunately, playing the guitar wasn't good enough for Ill-Tone, I wanted to learn other instruments. So, I started playing the bass guitar, piano, drums, trombone, trumpet, & tuba. I cherished the art of the sound from each different instrument, which forced passion and a deep devotion for music. As I matured in the gift that God gave me, I started composing my own craft. I could be sleeping and start hearing tunes or melodies that would run through my ears and start processing in my head. At first I thought the gift of hearing music playing with no radio or tv playing it was crazy...lol. But as I embraced that gift to hear, life started getting better for me-Physically, Mentally, & Financially!!! Shortly after, I sold my very first beat called, "Street Anthem". I was 16 years old at the time. The 3-note piano loop with a dark bass line rumbled the speakers of pimped out Cadillac's and Chevy Impala's. I can remember my family, friends, and now fans, singing and dancing to my music. The feeling I felt was so extraordinary, I just knew that music was what I wanted to do. At the age of 18, my hunger for success grew very expeditiously, I realize that I loved producing music more than life itself. So I began learning the business side of the industry. I brought books, magazines, directories, and music industry contacts. Basically, I purchase anything that was informative to acheive my goal; that's how eagered I was to break in the entertainment world. As my compositions started bringing in a large substantial amount of revenue, I started my own LLC (Limited Liability Company) at the age 20. Before starting my own business, I tried networking with major/minor record companies. I remember calling every A&R at all the major labels, trying to explain to them who I was and what I was trying to do. But I received a lot of rejections and transfers back to a college intern that was working as secretary over the phone lines. But after a very long tedious journey, my versitility proved to be much more of a phenomenon than they could handle. The major labels couldn't understand a single producer knowning how to produce or create all genres of music. I thought personally, that I would be more of an asset to any major company because I was so diverse. But this wasn't the case in my situation. At first I was like Damn, What In The World...lol. But I'm glad the cards fell the way they did. Because now at the age 25, I make more money having my own business and I still work with Major Artist(s) from major / minor record companies. But originality is the key to my production company. Even if I use a sample, I play or add original keyboard tones to the unique loop. Sampling is easy... I dont think sampling is producing! Anybody can find a sample and alternate it, which is very common in today's Hip-Hop. But simply seating down in front of a keyboard and brain storming is something totally different. It takes skills and a raw connection with Divinity!!! But I produce West Coast Beats, East Coast Beats, Dirty South Beats, Techno Beats, and Alternative Beats.
