As a writer/artist, Hardattak is inspired by current events and social issues that affected him growing up in Houston, TX. Hardattak released his first single titled "The Blvd", featuring group members BoeGard, Young Pooh, Pypa, Bone & Lil G. Hardattak featured on the 94' undaground compilation produced by DJ DMD titled The Line Up. In 99' Hardattak signed up with Jam Down Entertainment and began promoting throughout the Southwest Region of the United States. Behind the scenes he pushed one of the Hottest Rap Artist from the Dirty South; Lil' Keke, DJ Screw, Mobb Figgaz and Aggravated. Lil' Keke debuted 17 on BillBoard Magizine's Heatseekers & 1 in the South Central Region of the U.S., with his album release titled; It Was All A Dream. Together they sold over 100,000 records. DJ Screw sold right at 50,000. Hardattak is currently recording a super dope album with production work from DJ DMD, MIKE B, BLUE NOTE, SUPA DAVE and DEEP FREEZZ Productions. You can expect a widely marketable sound that has lots of edge and depth. All original tracks and a brand new sound that is commercial friendly, street friendly as well as mainstream appeal.
