Hey everyone!
Welcome to the inside of my brain!
This page is something I've wanted to do for a long time so I can share my newest songs, thoughts and feelings with all of you - I hope you enjoy! Stop by regularly - there will be a new song up just about every week! For those of you who don't know me.. no matter how crazy my life gets, my love for music always prevails and the songs come out. I have no process really - I never plan to write or decide what to write about. I just feel songs inside and at some point they just creep into my head and make their way out of me through my voice and my fingers - because of this, they tend to be very different from song to song and style to style. And it happens A LOT.. Being a poor, unsigned artist, I don't have the resources to record these new songs with high enough quality to actually release albums regularly, but I do have some basic recording equipment of which I have grown to love. SO.. every time I write a song, I sketch it out on this equipment so it can have life outside of my head. Sometimes these sketches turn into full band arrangements and I end up playing them out, and sometimes these sketches just fade away. They are never released and never heard. That is what this page is for - to keep my sketches alive - and so I can have a way to share my secret recordings with all of you. In an industry that tries to fit artists into a box, it's not always easy for me to perform all of the different sides of me or put them onto albums. On this page, all of my songs can live freely and I'm hoping that you can get to know all of me and embrace all of the sides of me. By listening to these songs, you are helping me make a spot in this world for me to be different and to be myself.
