As 2008 draws to a close and a neato 2009 is upon us, I am thankful as ever for the joys, bummers, achievements and pitfalls which I have been granted. I've just finished up with a series of six chemotherapy treatments and the results are everything good. Two days later, I went in for my routine nephrostomy switch-out and lo & behold, those pesky little bags are now history. I'm peeing like a racehorse and most of my readers, the ordinary way--bravo!!! So much to be thankful for since my surprise diagnosis of advanced cervical cancer this past June. Good thing we caught it before the masses which were pinching off my ureters (s.p.?) could have caused me to go down in a final faint, unexpectedly, with the renal style failure. It's amazing how much can go down without our being aware of it. I beseech every female from puberty to centurian to be on top of regular pap smears. I let it slip fer way too many years (silly goose!) and p-o-o-f/viola here I am picking up the pieces with My Boyz (Father, Son and Holy Spirit). Keep praying for Supernatural Healing for me and by jove, I'll probably live to one hundred plus. Wanna learn to drive this year (any volunteer teachers?), and get a husband by the time I'm sixty, both of which will be new wonderful things to start boogeying down into with my amazing life. Ciao!!! As always, I appreciate my friends' forebearance and patience. It ain't easy being me. Just fun.
