About Me
The ideal world finder for music clubs and trend!his research about music, clubs and trends starts from time immemorial when mankind has gathered in groups, large and small, dismissed care and worry and enjoyed especially preparing food of higher quality than ordinarily consumed together with rare wines while being entertained by dancers, musicians, singers, magicians and buffoons....we of today can, at very nominal cost, enjoy food, drink, and entertainment for which the Greeks and Romans would gladly have paid a king's ransom and given a thousand slaves as a bonus. Their crude musicians, their primitive dancers, and their torch lights did not compare with present-day restaurant revues... Anyway...
Enzo has a unique style of blending tracks taking the crème de la crème from the 70’s onwards, and blending tracks up until the present day. If it’s worth holding onto he’s got it, playing mixes I have never heard before, but each individual tune being highly memorable in different era’s. Blending a mish-mash of happy hardcore, funk, blues, and soul with innovative, chunky, house electro beats. Words cannot explain his ear for music. When he plays he brings energy, interacting with the crowd, displaying obvious enthusiasm and passion for his work, continually researching for new beats to add to his extensive collection.
He was given his first set of turntables at the tender age of 9 where he would spin his parents 50’, 60’ and 70’s tunes. At 12 he started his career playing at teenager's parties, at just 14 he played at the Cube, one of the most famous clubs in Italy at the time, housing the likes of well-known artists of the moment, namely, Claudio Coccoluto, Ricky Montanari, Alex Natale (Alex Party Project), Ivan Iacobucci (Whoole Rec.), Frankie Feliciano (MAW Records), Kerry Chandler and many more... He played at various venues like the known MY TOY, METROPOLIS, LA VILLA, and many many others in his city. By 16 he starting playing across Italy in clubs like: La Bussola (Siena), Abacab (Terni), Red Zone (Perugia), Poco Loco (Assisi), Energy (Roma), I Giganti (Roma), Miro (Roma), La Pagoda (Ciro M.), and many many up until 2000. Then in 2001 along with his friend Luigi Romano, he started running parties in Naples, building collaborations with promoters such as House Club (best friday night in Naples at that time), Groove Sensation (Saturday night at Metropolis), and last but not least he took up DJ residency at the Yachting Club of Naples, the place to be at the time. This provided an excellent vehicle for extensive bookings throughout the city, playing alongside famous international DJ’s such as Seamus Haji, Justin Berkamann, Kerri Chandler, Claudio Coccoluto, Lenny Fontana and many more.
In 2005 he came to London and within 3 weeks began playing in London's hottest underground clubs, with a particular penchant for East London. To date he has played at The Cross, The Key, Factory, 54, Sosho, U-Know, Aquarium, Cosmobar, Jamm, Exit, Public Life, Egg, T Bar, and many more.
