About Me

Since an early age I have always loved singing and music. After an album release with a band called East Of Java at the age of seventeen I never stopped singing. Taking part in Spider's Jam Sessions in Leicester helped introduce me to many musicians and I had the great pleasure in singing with bands like The Scum Pups, Kline, Headrush and Minithin whilst also doing session work for Millenium records, Formation records and Mat Darey singing music styles from grunge, trip-hop, indie, funk, soul, house to folk. Whilst enjoying music I first ran the music at the Magazine pub in Leicester and worked with DJ's Like DIY and Babble then I ran The Loaded Dog Pub in Leicester and moved up to Sheffield and ran The Showroom whilst there I enjoyed getting involved in running a venue putting on music events like 'Sheffield Now And Then' with Sandman magazine and working with great DJ's like 'the 7x7'boys and Ny Sushi. Over the many years I have played in bands supporting Blur, The Lightining Seeds, Ocean Colour Scene, Mother Earth, The Disposable Hereos Of Hiphopracy and had lots of fun traveling up and down the country gigging!. I am looking for session work and involvement in music events organisation, so please get in touch if you are interested. Check out my influences!
