Jamie Wolfe, originally from South Arkansas, has been the front man for two regionally successful bands in Northwest Arkansas. His previous band, The Ouachita River Band, was awarded several regional awards as well as induction into the Ozark Music Awards Hall of Fame. Jamie's rich, baritone vocals bring any song to life, and his tasty, poignant bass playing is a vital part of the rhtym section. Through his many experiences, Jamie has also learned how to read a crowd and give them what they want. With the ability to take many requests, he will certainly please you with his choice of music.
The Wranglers include Chris Doss on lead guitar and vocals, Bruce Parker on keyboards and vocals, and John Staib on drums. Their musical knowledge and experience is invaluable. After receiving a B. S. in Music, Chris taught orchestra in public schools while performing with The Ouachita River Band before going on the road with the LoCash Cowboys. Bruce has had years of experience working with many different artists in the field of blues, country, and southern rock, artists that include John Anderson, Doug Stone, and Faron Young. John cut his teeth on the road with Centerfire and has toured the entire coutry performing.
When you put Jamie Wolfe and The Wranglers together, it forms one of Northwest Arkansas' hottest country, party bands. In addtion to playing many live music venues in the region and out west, The Wranglers have been regulars for the Wal-Mart Shareholders' Convention and Bikes, Blues, and BBQ both of which are held in Fayetteville, AR. They have also worked numerous weddings, private and corporate parties, and fraternity parties.
