---MERIDITH GREY~~~
FIRST IMPRESSION: Great pedigree. Intelligent, but seems a bit distracted.
STRENGHTS: Can Be as tough as they come, yet never loses the ability to empathize with patients. Good medical instincts.
FIRST AREAS NEEDING IMPROVEMENT:
has a tendency to offer advice when the patient didn't ask. Needs rest: she looks way more exhausted than the other interns.
FIRST MEMORABLE MOMENTS: Dr.Grey's first patient, the teenage beauty contestant: on her very first shift, Grey found the mysterious cause of her seizures and helped save her life.
She crossed a line with a patient's wife. Grey's unsolicited, emotionally charged advice didn't make that difficult situation any easier.
FIRST FUTURE PROSPECTS: She could just as easily be the most brilliant surgeon of the bunch as she could be the first to wash out.

ELLEN POMPEO Bio:
Ellen Pompeo made her major studio screen debud in Brad Silberling's Moonlight Mile, starring alongside Suan Sarandon, Dustin Hoffman and Jake Gyllenhaal. She received outstanding reviews for her portrayal of an outspoken young woman carrying a silent burden that's breaking her heart.
A Native of Boston, Pompeo was most recenty seen starring opposite Luke Wilson, Vince Vaughn and Will Ferrell in the wildly succesful Old School and, before that, in Steven Spielberg's Catch Me If You Can, opposite Leonardo DiCaprio.
Prior to Moonlight Mile, Pompeo starred in several independent features, including In the Weeds and Coming Soon, and she can also be seen in the upcoming Glory Days.
PATRICK DEMPSEY Bio:
JAMES T. PICKENS Bio:
GEORGE O'MALLEY~~~
FIRST IMPRESSION: Sweet, but is he strong enough to be a surgeon?
STRENGHTS: Relating to the patients. Dependable. Good beside manner.
FIRST AREAS NEEDING IMPROVEMENT:
Needs more confidence. Needs to dive in more. Needs to stop staring at Meridith Grey.
FIRST MEMORABLE MOMENTS:
Picked by Burke to perform first surgery of all the interns. Choked. Earned himself the nickname "007" from the other interns. License to kill.
he soothed the woman with a towel left inside her. i think we can thank Dr.O'Malley for preventing that lawsuit.
FIRST FUTURE PROSPECTS:
Although at first seemed like Dr.O'Malley didn't have the stediest hands, he has shown some great skill on the scope. Could have a bright future in lapcroscopy. I would still like to see him get another chance with a scalpel, though. Just not on one of my patients.

T.R. KNIGHT Bio:
CHRISTINA YANG~~~
FIRST IMPRESSIOIN: agressive, cut-throat and arrogant
STRENGHTS: she's agressive, cut-throat and arrogant. Her memory is uncanny.
FIRST AREAS NEEDING IMPROVEMENT:She's a little too aggressive, cut-throat and arrogant. She must learn some proper bedside manner. Right now she has none.
FIRST MEMORABLE MOMENTS: She might have performed an unautorized autopsy, however the forms are signed now.
She usually doesn't know who to relate to patients at all, but when Liz Fallon came in it seemed to really get Christina (maybe she's not stone cold after all)
FIRST FUTURE PROSPECTS: Christina thrives in a competitive environment. She's a fast learner. her future prospect of surviving this program are excellent, but only if she works on her "seeing patients as people" skills

SANDRA OH Bio:
IZZIE STEVENS~~~
FIRST IMPRESSION: Tries way too hard to prove she is worthy of being in this program.
STRENGHTS: A hard worker. Able to make our patients feel comfortable. It's clear she's made this job her first priority in her life.
FIRST AREA'S NEEDING IMPROVEMENT: Confidence. Everyone knows that she can do this job, but i'm not sure she believes that herself.
FIRST MEMORABLE MOMENTS: When a patient recognized Dr. Stevens from her modeling days and refused to have her as his doctor. Opening up a patient's chest bedside to remove a clot with her hands and saving the woman's life.
FIRST FUTURE PROSPECTS: Dr.Stevens is one of the hardest working interns i've ever seen. But, surprisingly, she's got some self-confidence problems. She needs to get rid of those issues if she wants to make it in this program.
------
KATHERINE HEIGL Bio:
CHANDRA WILSON Bio:
ALEX KAREV~~~
FIRST IMPRESSION:Arrogant, too sure of himself, loves to take credit, confident, not hesitant, competitive, eager to be involved, smart ass.
STRENGTS: Confidence. Steady hand. Not afraid to look for and offer unusual solutions to difficult problems.
FIRST AREAS NEEDING IMPROVEMENT: Attitude. Punctuality. Dealing with patients. His mouth.
FIRST MEMORABLE MOMENTS: Dr. Burke keeps kicking him off cases. First when he insulted a patient when he thought she couldn't hear him.She could. The second time when he found a bovine valve to transplant into a patient whe refused to accept a porcine valve, saving her life. The problem? He didn't clear the newer and more complex procedure with Dr. Burke first.
FIRST FUTURE PROSPECTS: Plastics. That's where he wants to be, and i can see him getting there. He could be a great surgeon if he checks his attitude.
