Roma Hardcore Siamo n'Oi!

Questa compilation vuole rappresentare una cosiddetta “scena”. Bands, persone che ascoltano, suonano, cantano, amano l’hardcore punk e il punk rock e lo fanno nelle sale prove, nei locali, nei centri sociali di Roma. Questa è Roma Hardcore. Questa compilation non vuole propagandare nessuna specifica ideologia politica, non vuole imporre a nessuno una divisa, un credo. Alcune bands che partecipano a questo disco hanno forti identità politiche, altre invece forse hanno meno certezze. Ma tutte sono d’accordo su una cosa. C’è una linea di confine che non può essere superata. Questo confine si chiama fascismo e razzismo. L’Hardcore Punk è molte cose. Ma sicuramente non può essere un modo per propagandare l’odio razziale, esaltare i campi sterminio, incitare alla violenza per sopprimere la libertà. C’è qualcuno che sta provando a farlo. Con questo disco, semplicemente, vogliamo dire: questa non è la vostra musica, non è il vostro mondo. L’Hardcore punk, semplicemente, non ha nulla a che fare con il fascismo. Non importa se vi piaccia o no. ____________________________________________________________ __This compilation wants to represent a so called “scene”. Bands, people who listen, play, sing, love hardcore punk and punk rock and who do that in the rehearsal studios, in the clubs, in the squats of Rome. This is Roma Hardcore. This compilation doesn’t want to make propaganda of any specific political ideology, it doesn’t want to impose to anyone a uniform, a belief. Some bands that participate to this record have strong political identities, some others maybe have less certainties instead. But they all agree about one matter. There is a border line that cannot be crossed. This border is called fascism and racism. Hardcore Punk means a lot of things. But it surely cannot be a way to make propaganda of racial hate, to exalt extermination camps, to incite to violence to suppress freedom. There’s someone who is trying to do it. With this record, simply, we want to say: this is not your music, this is not your world. Hardcore Punk, simply, has nothing to deal with fascism.
