SEXX SINN

SEXX SINN was BigRock (Vocals,) Zinck D. (Guitars,) Cupcake Jeffries (Rock Drums) and Shawn Gatlin (Bass.) Originally, Scott St. Louis played guitar in the band along with Shawn Gatlin on bass and Grant Johns on drums. Scott and Shawn left to join the very cool LORD HAVE MERCY. They later formed D..TCH BANK OKIES (Ed Note: One of the greatest punk bands in Fresno... EVER!) Stiff Mercedes came on as bassist. Unfortunately, Grant went to that big drum kit in the sky (R.I.P.) BigRock came up with name SEXX SINN 'cuz he thought it'd cause a little controversy. At first some of the local newspapers refused to print it (this was Fresno... not L.A.) SEXX SINN started opening for national acts like WHITE ZOMBIE, BULLETBOYS (remember them?)... CINDERELLA (them too???)... Y&T (never got the recognition they deserved!) FASTER PUSSYCAT, BANG TANGO and PRETTY BOY FLOYD & JETBOY (hey, technically they were national acts!) Stiff Mercedes left the band due to spiritual differences (no, really,) basically ending the run.
